By participating in any INFAXIA Airdrop event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must have a registered and verified INFAXIA account to be eligible.

1.2 Participants must meet any age, jurisdiction, or other requirements specified by INFAXIA.

1.3 Each participant must use their own verified INFAXIA account. Use of alternate, shared, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. The first person to register and submit an account for the airdrop will be considered the legitimate owner of that account.

1.4 Participants must ensure that any social media accounts used for the airdrop are rightfully owned and actively managed by themselves. Sharing, using others’ accounts, or misrepresenting ownership may result in disqualification.

1.5 Only one entry per account is permitted per airdrop event.

1.6 Participants must not be located in regions or countries where online giveaways, contests, or cryptocurrency-related promotions are prohibited by law.

1.7 INFAXIA reserves the right to verify participant eligibility at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.

2. Participation Requirements

2.1 All steps outlined in the official airdrop announcement must be completed as specified. Certain tasks or quests may be included, such as registration, social media sharing, commenting, tagging friends, or any required registration form submission. Only participants who complete the required steps will be eligible for the airdrop.

2.2 Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

3. Rewards

3.1 Rewards will be distributed directly to the INFAXIA wallets of verified users only.

3.2 Rewards may include tokens, points, NFTs, or other items as specified in the official announcement.

3.3 Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits unless explicitly stated.

3.4 INFAXIA reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value as necessary.

3.5 The number of rewards and eligibility criteria may vary per airdrop.

4. Fair Play and Conduct

4.1 Participants must engage honestly, avoiding fraud, cheating, or any manipulation of event mechanics.

4.2 Use of unauthorized software, bots, scripts, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Account sharing, fake identities, or impersonation of other users is not allowed.

4.4 Unsportsmanlike behavior or harassment of other participants or staff is prohibited.

4.5 INFAXIA reserves the right to review entries and disqualify participants who violate rules or attempt to manipulate the event.

5. Communication and Notifications

5.1 Official updates, announcements, and winner notifications will be communicated via INFAXIA official channels, including Discord, social media (X, Facebook, Telegram), email, and in-platform notifications.

5.2 Participants are responsible for checking these channels regularly. INFAXIA is not liable if participants miss notifications.

6. Right to Modify or Cancel

6.1 INFAXIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any airdrop or reward at any time and for any reason.

6.2 INFAXIA may amend reward types, quantities, or distribution methods at its sole discretion.

6.3 All INFAXIA decisions regarding eligibility, participation, and rewards are final and binding.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 INFAXIA is not liable for technical issues, network disruptions, or server outages that may affect participation or reward claims.

7.2 By participating, users release INFAXIA from any claims related to loss, delay, or inability to access or claim rewards.

8. Publicity and Content Usage

8.1 Participants grant INFAXIA permission to publish or display usernames, social media posts, and event achievements for marketing purposes.

8.2 Screenshots, videos, or content submitted by participants may be used by INFAXIA for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Wallets and Account Management

9.1 Participants are responsible for maintaining access to their INFAXIA account. INFAXIA cannot recover wallets or restore access if login credentials or account authentication information are lost, deleted, or mismanaged.

10. Fees and System Usage

10.1 INFAXIA may impose system usage or participation fees at its discretion.

10.2 Any applicable fees will be clearly specified in the event announcement.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 INFAXIA retains all rights to the airdrop event, mechanics, and related materials.

11.2 Participants retain ownership of their original submissions but grant INFAXIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional purposes.

12. Data Privacy

12.1 Participation constitutes consent to INFAXIA’s collection, use, and storage of personal data according to the INFAXIA Privacy Policy.

13. Acceptance of Terms

13.1 By participating, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 Participation also constitutes acceptance of any future updates or modifications to these Terms and Conditions.

14. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

This event may include the distribution of cryptocurrency rewards.
14.1 Participants who reside in jurisdictions where the receipt, holding, or distribution of cryptocurrency is prohibited or restricted by law are strictly prohibited from participating in this event.

14.2 Participants are solely responsible for confirming that participation in this event and receipt of cryptocurrency rewards are legal under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

14.3 The organizer shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from a participant’s violation of applicable laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which INFAXIA is legally registered or operates.
15.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the airdrop shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts or legal bodies of that jurisdiction.
